What the overnight is designed to cover.
- Agreed evening canine routine
- Overnight presence in the client’s home
- Agreed morning canine routine
- Feeding and medication support when specifically accepted
- Reasonable canine-related household observations and owner updates
Not general estate management
Routine package observation, lights, alarms, or obvious household issues may be noted as incidental to the overnight. Contractor supervision, property-management duties, rental management, or major estate operations require a separately agreed service and are not implied by canine overnight care.
What must be clear before the stay.
- Complete bite, escape, medical, medication, and overnight-routine disclosure
- Current veterinary and emergency contact information
- Private access setup completed outside public forms
- Written sleeping arrangement and containment expectations
- Clear arrival/departure timing and any household boundaries
Major holidays are exception periods.
Holiday Overnight is separately priced and capacity-limited. Future staff assignments during major holiday periods are offered only when qualified handlers voluntarily accept the work. Availability is never guaranteed by a recurring Foundation or Maintenance retainer.
Stephen may modify or end care when necessary.
Materially inaccurate disclosures, unsafe behavior, household hazards, emergency conditions, or other circumstances that make the agreed scope unreasonable can result in modified care, emergency action, or termination under the signed agreement.
